The role

We are looking for a learning & development manager to work with leaders and teams across the firm to understand what's really needed, design practical and engaging solutions, and help build capability in ways that make a real difference. 

The person - what you'll bring

  • Experience supporting leaders or developing people
  • Great listener and relationship builder
  • Enjoys solving problems and thinking practically
  • Facilitates sessions and workshops with confidence
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well
  • Curious, adaptable and open to new ideas

It would be great if you also:

  • Have experience in leadership development
  • Have experience in change, coaching or organisational development
  • Are curious about AI and how it can support our work
  • Understand the challenges of professional services organisations. 

The activities

This is not just a learning delivery role. You'll help diagnose challenges, co-create practical solutions and support real impact across the firm. 

You'll support leaders and teams by facilitating workshops and coaching, understand and solve problems by identifying the key capability or performance factors and create practical solutions by designing and developing learning and resources that are relevant and engaging.

Pre employment screening
