Associate/Senior Associate - Private Client (0368)
Are you a talented solicitor with 2–6 years PQE looking for a new opportunity? We're expanding our international Private Client team in London.
The role
In this role, you'll work on a diverse and high-quality caseload for clients with global connections. Your expertise will cover:
- Pre-immigration tax planning and the statutory residence test
- Estate planning for non-Long Term Resident individuals
- Global asset structuring, succession planning, and family governance for international families
- Advising on UK tax treatment of investments, including property holding structures
- All aspects of offshore trusts, estate planning, and related tax and fiduciary work
You'll also play a key role in marketing and business development, helping us grow our London client base.

Our Private Client National Service Line, led by Deborah Clark, spans offices in Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, Manchester, and Norwich. We collaborate closely with colleagues in corporate, real estate, and family law, delivering varied, complex, and high-quality work.
Our expertise includes:
- Personal tax
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Formation, administration, and restructuring of trusts
- Family investment companies and other onshore/offshore structures
- Succession planning for family business owners
The London team is led by Sarah Cormack, Ravi Francis, and Jonathan Colclough, offering you the chance to work alongside some of the best in the field.

Pre employment screening
